Our Name Is Our Commitment

Our focus on sustainability has increased over the years and we are proud to have entered into a close cooperation with the IFC World Bank Group and its green building certification process.

More and more investors are looking for responsible and sustainable investments in Asia, a strategy that we have advocated since our inception. We are honored to have gained the trust of leading Swiss andEuropean institutional investors and family offices, which have invested with us. Further, we are privileged to work together with leading local real estate developers as their long-term partners.

To leverage on our achievements and to further increase our focus on sustainable real estate, the five partners and the Board of Directors have decided to align the company name with our investment focus. It is with great pleasure to announce our new company name to be: Asia Green Real Estate
