Prior to joining the company, she was a senior analyst of research and advisory at Cushman & Wakefield Indonesia, a leading global property consultancy firm, where she conducted comprehensive market feasibility studies in major cities in Indonesia. She holds an engineering degree in urban and regional planning from the Institute of Technology Bandung, Indonesia, and a Master in International Real Estate and Planning from the renowned University College London, UK. -
Andri Haliman
Financial ManagementAndri Haliman's responsibilities at Asia Green Real Estate include financial management and controlling at property level. Prior to joining the firm, he was an audit senior manager at Grant Thornton Indonesia, a leading global accounting firm. Andri holds a degree in accounting from Parahyangan University, Indonesia. -
Matthias Tschan
Financial ManagementMatthias Tschan works in financial management at Asia Green Real Estate. He has 20 years of experience in banking, finance, and asset management. Before joining the firm, Matthias Tschan worked in different functions at Credit Suisse, GAM Investment Management, and AXA Investment Managers. Matthias holds a CFA Charter, a CIPM certificate, as well as a Bachelor in Banking and Finance from the Zurich University of Applied Sciences. -
Vera Li
Investment ManagementVera Li is responsible for the performance analysis and reporting on a portfolio level at Asia Green Real Estate. Since joining the company in 2016, she has held different roles and gathered experience in investment management, project acquisition, and research in both Shanghai and Zurich offices. Vera Li holds a Master in Banking and Finance with a focus on Quantitative Finance from the University of Zurich as well as a CFA Charter. She speaks fluent Mandarin and English. -
Chris Zhu
SustainabilityChris Zhu is a member of the sustainability team at Asia Green Real Estate and is managing the green building initiatives in the Chinese market. In addition, she is responsible for all company related Chinese-English translation. Prior to joining the company, she worked as a language specialist for Disney. Chris Zhu has extensive experience in interpretation and translation. She provided language services for international conferences, and worked as a freelance interpreter for the National Health Service for two years in Britain. She holds a Master in Translation and Interpretation from the University of Newcastle in UK. -
Lily Zhao
Investment ManagementLily Zhao is responsible for analyzing new and managing existing rental investment opportunities including: financial analysis, market intelligence, and investment performance at Asia Green Real Estate. Prior to joining the firm, she worked at KPMG, where she specialized in real estate valuation and financial modeling. Lily holds a degree in Accounting from Tongji University. -
Klauspeter Nüesch
Board MemberKlauspeter Nüesch serves a board member at Asia Green Real Estate. He is the managing partner of Nüesch Development and has over 30 years of international experience in real estate development. Prior to founding Nüesch Development in 1988, he worked as a consultant with McKinsey & Company. Klauspeter Nüesch has an impressive track record turning visions into tangible ideas through determination, perseverance and farsighted organization. Klauspeter Nüesch completed his architectural studies at the ETH in Switzerland and obtained an MBA from INSEAD. -
Lily Xu
Property ManagementLily Xu is responsible for the onsite management of rental properties at Asia Green Real Estate. She has 10 years of experience in office rental management and property management. Prior to joining the company, she worked for CapitaLand Group, where she was responsible for the leasing and the property management of a landmark office building in Chengdu. Lily Xu has in-depth knowledge in regulations and policies of the local leasing market. She graduated from Southwest Petroleum University with a degree in Management and holds a certificate in property management. -
Radityo Dyota
Investment ManagementRadityo Dyota's responsibilities at Asia Green Real Estate include financial reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, and legal compliance of invested properties and development projects. Before joining Asia Green Real Estate, he worked as an accounting & tax analyst at Toyota Astra Finance, a leading automotive financing company in Indonesia, where he was mainly responsible for financial reporting to Indonesian government agencies. Radityo Dyota holds a double degree in Accounting from the University of Queensland and the University of Indonesia and is fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English. -
Tian Yang
Project ControllingTian Yang is responsible for controlling and financial reporting of real estate projects at Asia Green Real Estate. Prior to joining Asia Green Real Estate, Tian Yang worked as a real estate project manager at the State Power Investment Group in Guizhou Province. In addition, he was also responsible for financial management of the company's corporate M&A, equity transfers, internal controls, financial accounting, budget analysis and cost management. Tian Yang graduated from Guizhou University of Finance and Economics. He holds a degree in Economics and has a qualified accounting certification. -
Dr. Tak Chan
Board MemberTak Chan serves as a board member at Asia Green Real Estate. He is CEO at Mobley Group Pacific (MGP) in Hong Kong. Tak Chan has extensive experience in executive coaching, leadership development, talent assessment, executive integration, and team effectiveness and development. He has supported global leaders in Fortune 500 companies as well as small- and mid-sized companies in Greater China and Asia Pacific in the service, retail, finance, and real estate industries. Tak Chan grew up in Hong Kong and lived 15 years in New York City. He holds a PhD in clinical psychology from New School University in New York, and is member of several professional associations. -
Yu Bin
Project ControllingYu Bin is responsible for finance, tax, reporting, and government relations on project level at Asia Green Real Estate. Prior to joining Asia Green Real Estate, Yu Bin was project finance manager at Zhong Tian Group, a listed Chinese developer, where he was responsible for tax planning, budget management, and leading the financial teams of project companies. Prior to that, he was auditor at Shu Lun Pan, a leading Chinese CPA firm. Yu Bin holds an accounting degree from Guizhou University of Finance and Economics and has qualified accounting certification. -
Andrew Goodridge
Managing PartnerAndrew Goodridge is responsible for investments and operations in Singapore and spearheading the company’s expansion strategy into new growing cities in Asia. He has 25 years of international experience in real estate including private equity, strategic partnerships, land acquisition, project finance, operations, and M&A. Prior to joining Asia Green Real Estate, Andrew Goodridge was responsible for strategic partnerships and project specific investments for Shui On Land, one of the leading property development companies in China. Andrew Goodridge is fluent in English, Spanish, and German and is proficient in Mandarin. He received an MBA with a focus on Advanced International Management from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and dual Bachelor degree in Economics and International Relations from Brown University. -
Simone Dell'Orso
Risk ManagementSimone Dell'Orso is responsible for risk management and compliance at Asia Green Real Estate. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at Goldman Sachs in the credit risk department in the asset management and financial institutions division. Simone Dell'Orso holds a Bachelor and Master in Financial Markets and Institutions from the University of Rome “Tor Vergata”. He speaks fluent Italian and English. -
Monika Oppeln-Bronikowska
CommunicationsMonika Oppeln-Bronikowska is responsible for corporate communications at Asia Green Real Estate. Prior to joining the company she worked in PR & communication at SIGG, a leading Swiss manufacturing company, and the Polish Investment and Trade Agency in Shanghai. Monika Oppeln-Bronikowska holds a Bachelor in Sinology from the University of Warsaw and a Master in European and Asian Business Management from the University of Zurich. With Polish as a mother language, Monika is fluent in German, English, and Chinese. -
Marc Townsend
Senior AdvisorMarc Townsend is based in Singapore and acts as Senior Advisor to Asia Green Real Estate. He has over 30 years of experience in real estate investment and development in leading roles for Richard Ellis, Regus and CBRE in Singapore, Ho Chi Minh, Hanoi, Manila, Phnom Penh and Hong Kong. He currently engages as an investor in Asian real estate and serves as Chairman of CBRE Cambodia as well as an independent non-executive director at VinGroup. Marc Townsend is a member of MRICS, holds a Bachelor in Accountancy Studies from the University of Exeter and is a graduate from the Executive Course in Real Estate Management from the Harvard Business School. -
Nick Ma
Project AcquisitionNick Ma is responsible for acquiring new investment opportunities and for government relations in China at Asia Green Real Estate. In addition, he assists in project management. Nick Ma is co-founder of CGI, a real estate consulting and relocation company providing services in China to companies such as IBM, KPMG, and Adidas. He is also co-founder of Shang Mei, a Shanghai based real estate agency providing market information and sales of residential, retail, and office buildings. A native of Shanghai, Nick Ma graduated from Delter International Business Institute in Edmonton, Canada with a degree in international business. -
Gita Safitri Ashar
Sustainability, Project ControllingGita Safitri Ashar is a member of the sustainability team at Asia Green Real Estate and is leading the green building initiatives of Asian projects. In addition, she is responsible for monitoring and controlling properties during construction and operation. Prior to joining the firm, she was a project manager at Potato Head Family, a sustainable hospitality operator in Bali. Gita Safitri Ashar is fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English and holds a degree in architecture from Technical Faculty of Parahyangan University, Indonesia. -
Viktricia Tika
SustainabilityViktricia Tika is a member of the sustainability team at Asia Green Real Estate. Prior to joining the company, she worked as Secretary at Jones Lang Lasalle Indonesia (JLL), a leading global real estate consulting company. She holds a degree in communication from Tarakanita School of Communication and Secretarial Studies. -
Apriady Satria Triwardana
Project ControllingApriady Satria Triwardana is responsible for onsite management and controlling of properties at Asia Green Real Estate, and is a member of the green building team. Prior to joining Asia Green Real Estate, he gathered experience in architecture and construction management. In his last position at Turner International he was involved in the development of sustainable real estate projects in the CBD of Jakarta. Apriady Satria Triwardana holds a degree in architecture from the Bandung Institute of Technology. -
Augustine Chin
PartnerAugustine Chin is responsible for investments and operations in China as well as supporting growth in new Asian cities at Asia Green Real Estate. He has been working in the Asian real estate investment industry for more than 20 years. His experience includes investments, IPOs, M&As, debt financing, and syndication. Previously, he was a manager at Kearney in Boston where he was awarded the firm-wide global “Thought Leadership” award. Augustine Chin has an MBA from Cornell University and is fluent in English and Mandarin. -
Handa Sulaiman
Board MemberHanda Sulaiman is an external and independent member of Asia Green Real Estate’s Investment Committee. He is a veteran Indonesia real estate and investment professional. As an executive director at Cushman & Wakefield Indonesia, he leads the investment department and supervises the property management team of the company. His experience and positions provide him with excellent knowledge about the Asian real estate markets. Handa Sulaiman holds a civil engineering degree from Parahyangan University, Indonesia and an MBA from California State University. -
Liang Shi
Project ControllingLiang Shi is responsible for financial and tax management as well as reporting on project level at Asia Green Real Estate. He has extensive experience in financial management and controlling of real estate projects. Prior to joining Asia Green Real Estate, he worked for Jiangsu Huaihai Construction Group, a leading construction company in Jiangsu province and for Xuzhou Ou Sha Li Real Estate, a commercial real estate company. There he was responsible for setting up and managing the financial department, daily financial operations, tax planning, as well as the company’s external financing. Liang Shi holds a degree from Nanjing University of Finance & Economics and additional accounting and tax certifications. -
Amanda Ma
Investment ManagementAmanda Ma is responsible for the acquisitions and operations of development projects at Asia Green Real Estate. Prior to joining the firm, she was employed at Accenture where she analyzed financial data for Accenture clients. Amanda Ma holds a Master in World Economy from Renmin University of China, a Bachelor in Accounting from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and a Bachelor in International Business English from Shanghai University of Foreign Trade. She is fluent in Mandarin and English. -
Arista Dharsono
SustainabilityArista Dharsono is responsible for sustainability at Asia Green Real Estate. She has 15 years of experience in sustainable real estate operations and project management in both Asia and Europe. Prior to her current role in the firm, she led the Asia Green Real Estate operations team in Jakarta and worked in sustainable real estate at Allianz Commercial in Munich. Arista Dharsono holds an MBA degree from the Liverpool John Moores University, a Master in Engineering from the Stuttgart Technology University of Applied Sciences, and a Bachelor in Architecture from Parahyangan University, Indonesia. With Bahasa Indonesia as her mother tongue, she speaks fluent English and is proficient in German. -

He has 20 years of experience in banking and finance, real estate, private equity, investment management, and investment structuring. Before joining the company, he worked as an associate for a private equity co-investment program for Credit Suisse New York. Prior to this, he was working at Credit Suisse Switzerland as an account and relationship manager at the Swiss UHNWI desk. AdvisorShridar Jayakumar has over 20 years of international experience in helping companies from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies drive growth, transformation, innovation as well as market entries and expansions. As a non-executive board member of Asia Green Real Estate Singapore, Shridar advises Asia Green Real Estate on its Singapore strategy. A native of Singapore, he has been working for Big 4 accounting firm KPMG, technology start-ups and two of the world's biggest technology companies, Oracle and IBM, in London, Singapore and most recently New York. Shridar holds an MBA from INSEAD, a MSc in Operations Research from the London School of Economics and a BA in Philosophy & Economics (with honors) from University College London. -

Before moving to China in 2005, he was project manager at the leading Swiss real estate development firm Nüesch Development and headed the family construction firm Diener AG through a repositioning of operations. Andries Diener is fluent in English and German and is proficient in Mandarin. He holds a Master in Architecture from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) and an MBA from INSEAD. He also serves as president of the Swiss-Chinese Association. -

He has 22 years of international experience in the real estate and construction industry in South East Asia and Switzerland. Before co-founding Asia Green Real Estate in Indonesia, he held several senior management positions at Holcim in Indonesia, responsible for innovation and led special projects for sustainable buildings. At the same time, he was in charge of marketing for infrastructure and large projects within the Asian region. Alex Buechi is fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and holds a Master in Architecture from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) and an MBA from the National University of Singapore. -

He has several years of experience in construction and interior design consulting in Indonesia. Before joining Asia Green Real Estate, Marcel Bernadi worked as an architect at the Lippo Group, one of the largest developers in Indonesia. He holds a Bachelor in Architecture from Tarumanagara University and a Master in Business Administration from the Swiss German University in Tangerang.

He is a veteran China real estate professional, having formerly worked as the Head of Land Lease China, General Manager of Planning and Development for Shui On Land, and having directed the studio for Skidmore, Owings and Merrill’s office in Shanghai. He is a registered architect and certified planner, as well as a Leadership in Energy Efficient Design (LEED) accredited professional. He was chief architect for the City of San Jose Redevelopment Agency, and has taught architecture, urban design, and urban studies at Stanford University. David Nieh holds a Master in Architecture and Urban Design from Harvard University and a Master in Architecture from the University of California/Berkeley. -

Shridar holds an MBA from INSEAD, a MSc in Operations Research from the London School of Economics and a BA in Philosophy & Economics (with honors) from University College London.
